I’d say SSJ4 Goku DID fall off, but With him working on the PHY LR ssj trio’s team he’s been saved for now and is very usable again!

Most of the WWC tend to age poorly they are mostly good for the WWC hard content and then they fall off once the anniversary arrive

All Goku aged very well , ssj Can have a lot of défense very quickly. Ssj4 in first slot tanks well even indifficult events
