I can't even count the beeps, much less 3 digits per beep (not at 1:1 playback time anyhow). However it's 45 digits in 1.8 seconds, not fifteen digits, it's 15 three digit numbers. I think the reason I fail to count even just the beeps is because I hear the word for the number in my head when I try counting.
