I guess this made sense 10 years ago when the solar panels were much more expensive. There are only few cases we're I would recommend to use a tracker now. Nowadays just add more panels to increase power generation (when you have the available space).

Optimizar espacio sería usar los paneles para un techo de un depósito o una fábrica o invernadero . Lo único que optimizan que sea giratorio es la dirección del sol y nada más, ahora sí hacen un depósito o casa que gire completo sería el mejor cometido

Great idea And to avoid wind danger hooks can be installed once the frame is moved in the required direction . Furthermore there is no need to build 360 base as haf the circle will suffice the purpose. Because We have to face the sun at 90 degrees.
