#Potato salmon steak recipe

✅ Ingredients: 2 to 3 potatoes, 1t salt, 1T potato starch, 1T bread flour, 1T butter, 1T minced garlic, 3 stems of asparagus, 2T of tartar sauce, 1/2T of lemon juice, pepper

How to make 👩🏻🍳
1. Chop the washed potatoes into appropriate thicknesses.
2. Add salt and season for 15 minutes.
3. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper to drain the water. (The osmotic pressure process drains the water.)
