Muscles doesn't know the difference between bands barbells and Dumbells. It just knows tension. And bands Dumbells barbells etc all create tension

Training doesn't produce
muscle growth or big muscles ItĀ stimulatesĀ it - it's what you do when your NOT training that produces muscle growth (Nutrition rest etc)

U have no clue what your talking about! If used correctly Variable resistance is the king of muscle building. You'll get way jacked more than what basic weights ever could
