I'm white with bleached hair and using bare hands to detangle is my favorite method, if you also oil your hands, chef kiss, you can perfectly feel every knot and tension, every hair breaking. It's just perfect and free too

Unbrush is also easier to clean... I got one of those detangling brushes and the only way to clean it is with a dish brush to get all the hair out from in between those super fine tines

I personally love combining finger detangling with a wide-tooth comb or any of the 10/10 brushes! | ALWAYS finger detangle lightly FIRST before using any tool, but some days I only finger detangle, just more thoroughlyong and can cause breakage
