For anyone wondering: Yes the dosages were totally smaller in that era, but they were also more pure. The purity has declined and as such instead of just taking dbol in small doses anymore, now you need that, and far more, a cutting cycle, bulking cycle, maintenance cycle, constant medical supervision, etc.

Makes sense to be honest he downed the dose during the Olympia and built most of the mass off season with more dosage and much more food and harder training.

I’m sure they took lower doses but 100mgs weekly and a few tablets daily is bs. They may have cruised on that but they didn’t win any shows on those doses.
