No need of surgery . I had the same on my wrist.I had no pain in it but when you press it you feel sometime it's hard and sometimes it's little soft. Doctor told me to go for surgery . But I did home remedy. I used to dip my hand in very hot water thrice a day and day by day it becomes so soft and I could feel it moves little bit. I did this hot water massage for just one week and it disappeared. So please before you go for surgery dotey this. Believe me you will get rid of it. Now I don't have any type of bump on my wrist.
