Chana dal cake is a steamed cake without flour
I have steamed this chana cake and then to a pan in-order to get a nice brown color for our polas.
It’s unbelievably soft textured and ylmmicious !!!
Good healthy option for your kids...try this!!!
Ingredients:
Cook one handful SOAKED chana dal in a cooker by adding 1 cup of water.cook dal untill soft
1. Cooked chana dal - 1 cup
2. Milk. 1 cup
Grind into a fine paste
3. Salt. 1/2 tsp
4. Vanilla essence. 1 tsp
5. Sugar. 12 tbsp
Grind
6.egg. 6
Blend for 1 minute.do not over beat
Transfer into a greased plate and steam for 15 minutes
Once it is cooled completely take out and then to a pan to get a nice brown color on both sides
