The company pulled a fast one on Veronica. They had her work in that position under false pretenses until they can find someone to fill it outside. The company that's wrong and I would have to get up and quit after being used like that😢

Professionally it is called, "An Exit Interview". When a person reaches this level of management these issues do not come into question. The logic as to the aforementioned topic escapes those who have not achieved executive management i.e. the need for this animation to convey a thought not yet grasped by middle management wanna bees'.

So, I'm supposed to do my job AND train my replacement. I'm not sure I can do an adequate job of balancing both those sets of responsibilities. My replacement's training might not go really well as a result. Tell me, what will happen if my replacement doesn't cut it at their new position?
