Our service dogs spend 16 to 18 months with their volunteer puppy raiser to master basic training before they head to professional service dog training, which is anywhere from six to nine months.

By the time they graduate and get matched with a human partner, every service dog we provide - free of charge - knows up to 45 tasks to help a person with a disability live with greater independence.
