Stop calling your ex "narcissistic" or "anxious avoidant" without real expertise. These pop psychology labels trivialize mental health, oversimplify complex relationships, and prevent self-reflection. Real growth comes from accountability, not shifting blame. Learn why amateur diagnosis hurts everyone involved and how taking responsibility leads to actual healing and personal development. #RelationshipAdvice #MentalHealthAwareness #PersonalGrowth

Right on! Accountability and self reflection are too rare these days. So many are diagnosing via social media. Guess they love the drama

these words have existed for longer than social media has the only reason there pop words is because its been come upon and used more in its simplistic knowledge on "social media" its not a problem those words have meaning and they re actually very fucking meaningful its just people who dont know how to use it and say everything is such

I label my ex is a Borderline. It was an emotionally abusive relationship.
She was never officially diagnosed, because she would never follow through with her counselors.
She cut herself. She was always afraid I was going to leave her. She would always push emotions down until she blew up. She had body image issues along with what some might call an eating disorder or in other words obsessed with body image. She would be happy then something would trigger her and she would be angry and unreasonable. She would always questions my intentions, accuse me of flirting when she was literally right in front of me. In the end she Monkey branch discarded me. We were married 17 years and after her affair she had so much hate in her eyes for me. I literally got a card about how much she loved me 2 weeks before. You are telling people to not amateur diagnose. What the F do you expect them to do when their right?!
