In that case, it would seem the best option would be to rent BOTH the lot and the home. This way when they raise it beyond your tolerance, you just pack up leave, right? The way it is now, you have to have a firesale on the price of your home to get the heck out before the next Jan 1st increase. What say yee?

In my case, I have the cash for a nice used home, BUT the lot rent has gone up great since EIN . IT IS NO LOBGWR AFFORTABLE. I AM A SINGLE SENIOR WITH NO ONE TO HELP WITH THE RENT. I AM RETIRED ON SOCIAL SECURITY OF $1,300 a month. That's why we hate a lot rent. I am fgoing to be homeless soon. I am not looking for activities, golf , parties. I just want to live in a home. No extras are desired. Lot rent is going to make me homeless real soon. I don't have the money they are requiring anymore . Gone way way up. I don't want to go to activities and all that extras for lot rent. Just a place I can afford as close to $500.00 a month, and even that would be hard
