The architects provided their own text description. Penned Abode – (Penned – engraved or written, Abode – home ) The name of the house implies that our clients' desires and aspirations must be etched into bricks to create a home. In his design brief, we primarily describe the minimalist approach that requires detailed works and open spatial planning,
with the intention of breaking the barriers of privacy and creating an intimate environment. They allow us to explore all about new material with a modest budget. Exploring all kinds of new materials are made possible by their budget-friendly options, which help us optimize our budget and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Defining spaces by creating transparent partitions and utilizing natural lighting through big.Windows is our primary tool to achieve an intimate environment. Living, dining with pooja and kitchen on the ground floor are separated with a transparent partition ( cast: transparent fluted glass and wood)that does not disrupt ventilation and visual communication. To make the second floor stand out, it's important to allow a large window in the staircase area to provide light. To differentiate between open and semi-open spaces on the terrace, use pergolas,
which facilitate the use of lighting.
The interior's cream wall finish and wooden touches are notable for their honesty in reflecting the house's emotions and wishes. The exterior is visually balanced by the precision of the Brick Tile (100mm x 300mm), nuvocotto jalli block (800mmx800mm) and striped grey finish.The conclusion was reached that the brick house was transformed and imprinted with user dreams, remaining standing tall thanks to the ne
