RESEP TUMIS ONCOM
Bahan:
2 kotak oncom
15 buah cabe rawit
1/4 sdm garam
1/6 sdm penyedap
Bumbu iris:
15 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
15 buah cabe rawit
1/4 buah tomat
Cara membuat:
1. Iris bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe rawit, dan tomat.
2. Siangi daun kemangi lalu cuci bersih.
3. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih. Selanjutnya cabe serta tomat.
4. Masukkan oncom, garam, dan penyedap. Aduk hingga merata.
5. Tambahkan daun kemangi dan masak hingga layu.
6. Koreksi rasa.
