Don't forget that your vocal cords are like any other muscle in the body, they require rest, it doesn't have to be much, but I make an effort to take a day off every once in a while, and after I do that my voice is always feeling better and sounding better. But I do agree, if you are only practicing singing a few days a week you are likely to experience very little progress in your journey.

Any tips for singing after laryngitis? Blew my voice out singing to loud at Glastonbury to all the bands I love, and it’s been on and off ever since.
laryngitis, probably gone now, but wary of going back to full on singing mode.
