Basically if you find the weapon mod that refills your magazine upon a kill (I believe the refill is specific only to Daedalus but perhaps not. Its to early to tell for now) with a Daedalus gun then essentially you will never have to reload. As a matter of fact, I've cleared entire missions on a "single" magazine.

I also believe it's a bit giltched, as it procs 100% of the time rather than 40% but I'm not going to complain. Combine it with the Shield that spawns caustic missiles from the splash guy and a good grenade, then you will essentially never have to stop firing.
