It’s hard to exercise when you are just completely exhausted on this stuff. Is anybody else going through this?

Thank you for the information! You hit the nail on the head! More exercise, better diet!

The point the Dr. is making is not to increase the dose unnecessarily. Get a better diet and exercise should you plateau in the weightloss. ❤ #SoundAdvice

Wegovy is Ozempic at a higher dose that's been approved as a weight loss drug. Ozpemic was originally only approved by the FDA, but was found to help ppl lose weight so they did another trial at a higher dose and named it Wegovy.
Only some ppl are at risk for certain thyroid cancers with ozepmic. Obesity is far more likely to cause cancer and other illnesses.
Plateaus are normal in weight loss. She can review her exercise and diet with professionals to see of there can be any changes. She might just need to push through it and wait for her weight 'set point' to shift. The body doesn't like to lose weight bc it thinks it's in a famine, which is a problem in today society bc there is food everywhere

Your accent is fantastic. Also, I'm curious to know whether or not Ozempic would ever be considered for normal-weight folks with bulimia. I've been struggling for over 30 years and am praying for the day there's something that will stop my urge to constantly binge.

OK, but what about people who have started at the smallest dose (.25) and then increase it to .50? Is that reasonable?
