I love their music, I can say they saved me. I am a type 2 diabetic and have been fighting diabetes for a good while. Last year October things got real, had surgery to remove one of my toes. Prior to the procedure I dropped over 50 pounds, my A1C lowered from 12 to 7.2 and I have been taking better care of myself. The music from the group motivates me each and every day to push for better, to be better than I was yesterday. If I could talk to the guys from Ashes to New I want to thank them for their work, their music.
