Yes, stress definitely makes mine more obnoxious. My brain’s default is worry… something I’m working on. Writing things down has really helped me too. 😊

I don't understand my tinnitus 🤦♀️ since I've been feeling calmer it's like my brain has opened up to hearing my tinnitus loudly in my ears. I have habituated and I'm not as stressed as I have been but I do still hear my tinnitus most of the time. learning new things which are challenging for the brain helps a lot, I find it has to become a habit and practiced every day. It's a mystery why I'm hearing my tinnitus more loudly. I'm positive though that my tinnitus will filter into the background again
