Iām a Muslim and I would say your response is completely valid. A lot of uneducated Protestants/Evangelicals or just Western Christians in general often think Allah is āsome other godā when in reality Arab Christians call God āAllahā.

No, they don't worship the same God. They think Jesus is a prophet, and that He wasn't crucified. And God Is not a Father to them. Thank you for mentioning the way worshipping is different, it is a very good and important point! But even before the acts, the nature of God and Who God Is, is not the same. My problem with this is that Cain and Abel agreed on the nature of the God they worshipped, same with the Pharisee and the tax collector. But the Islamic God is not the same in nature as the Christian God.
