ഗവണ്മെൻ്റ് ഓരോ ഐറ്റത്തിനും പ്രതേകം
ആയിട്ടാണ് അളവുകൾ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് പക്ഷെ നമ്മൾ മുളകുപൊടിയും മല്ലി പൊടിയും കറി മസാല പൊടികളും ചേർത്ത് അല്ലെ കറി വെക്കുന്നത് അപ്പോ ആ കറി കഴിച്ചാൽ സോഡിയം benzoit ൻ്റെ അളവ് കൂടില്ലേ നമ്മുടെ ശരീരത്ത് . ഊണിൻ്റെ കൂടെ പാക്കറ്റ് അച്ചാറും കൂടെ കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിലും സോഡിയം ബെൻസോയിറ്റ് ഇല്ലേ, അത് ആരോഗ്യത്തെ ബാധിക്കില്ലേ
