Homemade Lotion: A Non-Greasy Moisturizer:
This light and fluffy lotion repairs dry skin without leaving a greasy residue.
Ingredients:
1 cup Aloe vera gel
Β½ cup Grated beeswax
Β½ cup Sweet almond oil (or grapeseed or jojoba oil)
1 tsp Vitamin E oil
15 drops Essential oil (of your choice)
Instructions:
Combine aloe vera gel, Vitamin E oil, and essential oils in a bowl.
Melt grated beeswax and oil in a glass measuring cup over gentle heat.
Pour the beeswax/oil mixture into a blender and let it cool.
Blend on LOW, adding the aloe vera mixture slowly until well incorporated.
Transfer to clean jars and refrigerate any unused portion1.
