Option is to replace ur roti... I m vegetarian and I m able to have 80gm of protein everyday without protein powder my weight is 80 kg . I eat boiled rajma tikki, moonglet, humus, besan chila, curd, milk, tofu, paneer etc i count calories, carbs, protein etc everyday so that can reduce my weight effectively. Currently consuming 1200 calories with 80 gm protein. Plain dal yes not possible to hv 4 bowl but by consuming 2 dal chila with curd u will easily get 30-35 gm protein in one meal.

Bro soyabean have all essential amino acids and soyabean is a good protein source complete all protein needs and have less carbs and milk and milk product are consider ideal , as they have almost all nutrients needed for body + a good source of calcium, protein and have good fats - so milk is a balanced food source and build both bones and muscle
