No, they're others on the boat. Just look at the three crew members' faces carefully and look at the ones in the first movie. Their faces aren't matching, and not even their hair or body appearance. Disney has designed these new characters for the sequel.
Also for those who don't know the name of Moana's crew members, I can tell. First is Loto, the one who has short curly (afro looking) hair who is brainy but quirky. Next is Moni, who is a storyteller, wears a necklace, and is a fan of Maui. We also see him awestruck by seeing Maui saying "Can I get a chee hoo?". And the next is Kele, the old man. He is a farmer and has white hair. Also I think that Moni and Moana could fall in love in the sequel, not Maui cuz he's immortal and Moana's mortal. Moni is also mortal, so, Moni and Moana could fall in love! There's a thing that makes me think they'll fall in love:- When Moana chooses her crew, Moni gets excited and spins her around and says "Yes! I'm going with Moana! Woo!!!" So let's see how the story unfolds!
