Paneer Cutlet is one of the delicious, easy, and tasty snack recipes.
There are various ways and methods through which one can prepare these snacks.
This way is one of the easy ways to prepare.
Paneer cutlet can be served hot or warm with any sauce or chutney or dip of your choice. I usually prefer coriander chutney or tamarind chutney or mint chutney.
Ingredients:-
Paneer 250 Grams (Cut them into thin slices)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Cornflour and Refined Flour Slurry
Bread Crumbs
Method:-
Add Ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, and salt to the paneer.
Mix them and marinate them for 30 minutes
Now add the paneer pieces and dip them in slurry and coat them with bread crumbs.
Do this process again.
Deep fry them on a medium-high flame, until they turn golden brown in color.
Serve them hot with a dip of your choice.
