My daughter has KP. Per a YouTube dr that suggested cod liver oil...she took it for 3 days. In just 3 days her kp was leaving and her 4c dry hair was feeling soft. I stopped giving it to her because it made her have nasal congestion at night. I bought the super cheap ones from Walmart (Springvalley brand I think, $1.74ish). I plan to buy a better quality brand so that we can both reap all of its benefits.

All these recommendations from Doctors on YouTube don’t seem to address how to get rid of the dark dots, yes Cerave body wash and cream used consistently will leave your skin smooth to the touch but the hyperpigmentation remains it doesn’t fade whatsoever, what is the solution then?

I’ve had laser treatment on my body and arms. I found it really really helped. As I often got very red angry bumps after chasing my legs also, which would even bleed and ich. After a few rounds of laser hair removal treatment I feel like a new woman. Less red bumps on my arms which is always a bonus and my legs are much much better.

I went to a dermatologist and she told me i had chicken skin and i didn't like hearing that. I felt ashame but happy about knowing what i had. She adked that i exfoliate with IDOLE soap bar and a very good moisturizer that i forgot . All i remember is that it cost 100 dollars , now maybe more cause everything raise

Hi Dr! Could you please make a video on weekly shower routine for Keratosis Pilaris skin? Like exfoliate with Chemical peels twice a week. How about rest of the 5 days? What to use a shower gel or normal soap or just shower with water and moisture? Thank you.

Honesty nothing works for me. I’ve had it since I was very young and my mom used to tell me my legs look disgusting, so I never bothered to wear shorts, skirts or dresses out in public. My little sister has the same problem, but I made sure to always tell her how beautiful her skin looks so she will never have to feel the same way my mom made me feel. 😢💔
