6 Cabe Merah Keriting
15 Cabe Rawit Merah
10 Cabe Rawit Hijau
5 Bawang Merah
5 Bawang Putih
1/2 ruas Lengkuas
50 ml Air

Ingredients:
500 gr Fresh Shrimp
500 gr Squid
3 pieces of Bay Leaves
4 pieces of Lime Leaves
1 stalk of Lemongrass
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Tamarind Water
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Flavoring
1 tsp Salt
Vegetable Oil

Ingredients to be ground:
6 Curly Red Chilies
15 Red Cayenne Peppers
10 Green Cayenne Peppers
5 Shallots
5 Garlic
1/2 segment of Galangal
50 ml Water
