People who say Jack was nerfed. Don't understand Kengan or the Kure Clan.
Jack is a monster. We all agree on that. Got his strength thanks to a combo of the Hanma bloodline plus a shit ton of steroids and bone lethening surgery.


Raian on the other hand. Is an even bigger monster. The Kure Clan is a family in Kengan that's about as huge as the members of Doppo Orochis dojo. They're everywhere. And every single one of them despite their occupation. Is a trained killer. And Raian is the strongest.
The Kure Clan bloodline comes with a unique advantage called the Release. Which basically unlocks all physical limits on the body resulting in the user getting a massive power boost. The release rate ranges from 1 percent to 100. And Raian is the only one that can use 100 percent. He's stronger than the family head back in his prime and if you bothered to read the Kengan Gaidens even Oliva, the Sea Kings and Yujiro would probably avoid fighting Erioh in his prime. His rate was 98 percent.

But it's not just physical. Raians fucking crazy. He enjoys killing people. He broke mokichis neck, almost killed Lihito in the bathroom for shits and giggles and tore a grown main in half with his bare hands. And he never used the release when he did that.

Jacks lucky to be alive. Most wouldn't ever person Raian has ever fought with the exception of Ohma. He's killed. The only way you survive is if he lets you live
