I actually don't disagree! Suicide Squad was a mess, but i feel like he could've had a better showing with better writers. Where all the other Jokers felt like they were crazy, goofy, and charasmatic...he made everything feel menacing, creepy, and uncomfortable with a more modern take to it. It isn't the potrayal that is ideal for the Joker that we all know but its not as bad as what everyone makes it out to be.

Jared had potential. I honestly blame the writing and the costume design for him. When he came back for the Snyder Cut of Justice League, his performance was short, but felt a lot better, honestly.
