The game features several game modes 1. A traditional battle royale mode and 2. an Extraction mode called the DMZ 3. Lockdown Quads which is similar to a hardpoint match with multiple teams and hardpoints 4.Resurgence etc
The game features 3 maps as of season 4 1. Al Mazrah(a large desert themed map)
2.Ashika Island(a smaller map)
3.Vondel(a medium sized map added in season 4)
and some DMZ exclusive locations as well like Building 21 and Koschei Complex(a hidden map on Al Mazrah)
The game was developed by Infinity Ward and Raven Software while the publisher is Activision and was released in November 2022.
