tricep body weight extensions are great for tris have you tried them? I did them and they made my arms bigger. They're easy to progressively overload. You don't need weight just go lower and lower on the bars.

your long head of tricep is bigger than lateral head you should do pressing exercises like dimond push ups, close grip bench press or dips

Im 13 years old and i have good tricep genes, but my biceps ain't growing no matter how many curl ups i do, any advice guys? only way i know how to grow biceps are curl ups, also good luck on your tricep journey

dips grew my triceps a shit ton, my friends even noticed theyve gotten significantly bigger, after a year i had the biggest triceps out of everyone.

Do you do tricep bench press? Rope pull downs? Those exercises you mentioned aren’t the best. Start light and get the form down first. Those things should blow up like balloons 💪

I have a really strange genetics, my triceps are actually imbalanced and different from each other I have tricep in the left which is small and it’s different from the big tricep in my right which I have and I was feeling like “why man I hate the way triceps look imbalanced from another” so yea.
