Show me a mum who doesn’t want to be the best version of herself for her children.

When we have kids, we are their whole world.

They’re watching us & how we show up has a massive impact on what they learn and replicate.

At some point I decided I wanted them seeing me happy.

Rather than tired, rushing and stressed all the time.

Every day they see me at the laptop when they get home from school.

Yesterday my son said to me, “mum, can I look after Avalon while you’re working?”🥹

I know they SEE me.👀

I know they FEEL my energy.⚡️

It’s the biggest reason I shifted gears and starting working towards changing that narrative.

Every time I look at their faces, it reminds me why I am building this.

How different life will look for us in a few years’ time.

Our energy when that shift happens.

Just visualising life down the road is enough to shift my own energy, & that alone is impacting them now.

I don’t want to be complaining about the same things in a few years’ time.
I want to be celebrating the fk out of myself for stepping up, being the change & breaking the cycle.🔂

I’m in doing so teach my kids the most valuable lesson.
