Anyone with even the scantest knowledge of Tiwanaku knows that the pilers were discovered outlining a courtyard… It was much later that the site was developed for tourists, which is when the gaps between the pilers was walled in. This was done in modern times.

Same thing around the world, new civilizations inheriting the ruins of older, more advanced civilizations. Then the structures are either repurposed, built on top of, or simply demolished. We aren’t being told our true history…

Judging by the stone wheelstops, Fred Flintstone used to park his car there at the quarry.

This proves the giants and not so big giants helped one another

Softer stone? Looks like there were some carvings on it. Were these old statues and then the wall was built to incorporate them? Were they recarved multiple times, hence they look so sunk in into the wall. Definitely it looks like these were there before the wall was built.

It is obvious to me that first were the pillars and later a wall was build around…..

This is why we should not reconstruct or renovate old ruins. They have destroyed this site.

They perfectly fit except on top like it was melted almost.

Heavily eroded too while the smaller stuff is barely even phased

Looks like the big ones took a hit from a kenitic or hot exploding device. That's not normal wear.

Just think of the labor that went into this as well as other world structures.

Have to say, these look like tiles rather than huge blocks?
