That's only if you add the twists correctly.
If you had twists the second corner the other way it would have been unsolvable again.

This doesnt always work
If you use beginners method the way to orient a corner the right way you have to do "R U R' U' " different amounts of times depending on the direction of the corner. The way to do it is pretty simple
First look at the bottom right corner
Second if yelllow is facing forward then do "R U R' U'" 4 times otherwise do it 2 times
If you played with the rubiks cube long enough then you know if you repeat the same move it will enventually come back to how it started "R U R' U'" comes back to where started after repeating it 6 times
You might get 2,3 or 4 corners that are oriented in the wrong direction
To know if someone made a corner twist we need to use math
See for every wrongly oriented corner and how many times does it need for us to repeat "R U R' U'" and then add all the numbers you got.
If the number isnt 6 or 12 then your cube is impossible to solve because it has a corner twist
