Butter Garlic Prawns are the perfect party food. They're easy to eat, they're filled with flavor, and they're a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

Ingredients & Quantity

Prawns (Shelled & Deveined) - 15 Nos
Garlic (Peeled & Finely Chopped) - 15 Pods
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp

Method,
1) Shell & Devein the prawns. Wash, drain, apply salt, and mix well. Set aside for 30 mins.
2) Peel & Finely Chop garlic. Squeeze juice out of one lemon. Chopped coriander leaves.
3) In a pan heat oil along with butter. Once the butter melts, add chopped garlic and saute for 5 minutes on medium heat.
4) Add the prawns and cook them for 5 minutes.
5) Add black pepper powder & lemon juice and cook for more than 5 mins.
6) Finish it off by adding chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
