Years ago, I ran a nonprofit working with teenagers. One of the activities we did was exactly this! We stuck notes in the cosmetic aisle at the store that said.” you are beautiful just the way you are.” Inspirational notes inside self help books at the library. handed one to a young dad who was pushing his child in a stroller that said something like.” your child will always remember simple days like this” and so many other notes. It felt amazing to see the teens get into this kindness!

Awwww I love this so much! That dress is so beautiful and your genuine kindness for people radiates. We need more kindness in the world! I was picked on so bad in school (because I am very short and gay) that I would get anxiety just to go in each day. I had some friends that encouraged me to help me survive, I don’t know what I would had done without them ❤❤❤ Some people don’t realize how powerful something like this can be for someone what they desperately need encouragement. This is wonderful 🫶
