These are the EXACT steps I took to say bye bye to my corporate job 😎

1. Get a side hustle - if you want to keep your lifestyle the same, you’re going to need to find a way to either KEEP more of your money, OR MAKE more money. Personally I find it more fun to hustle to make more money 🥳

2. Save up $15k - $25K. This is a ballpark number for down payment and closing costs for a small multi family property using a 3.5% down loan! Depending on where you live it can be a little higher or lower than this!

3. Buy a duplex triplex or fourplex (aka Small multi family property). The more units the better!! If these kinds of properties aren’t available in your area then find something with a basement, an attic, garage, that you can convert into another unit OR a large house with multiple bedrooms you can rent out

4. Live in one unit (or room) and rent the others out plus any spare bedrooms!!! Remember the more units and rooms the better!!!

5. Let the property cash flow to save up for your next down payment 🤗

6. Buy another property and move out after a year!

7. Rinse and repeat. At this point all your living expenses should be covered and you’re cash flowing

8. Quit your job

9. Rent your unit out while you’re travelling for extra income 🚀

10. Go travel 🌍

It really is that simple, and it’s time for you to execute!!!
