I'm never going back to the dump, the I ordered my bed last month on Memorial day the 25th of May and the bed was out of stock after I paid the full retail price in cash. They said I would get a call when it comes in stock and I never got a call saying it was in stock, if you are spending a lot of money on a bed at least call the customer when his order comes in ( retail 101) Now they are saying I have to pay $70 charge for delivery fee. Who the heck pays a delivery fee these days for something they paid for in full 2 weeks ago and has had a bad experience overall. I tried to call and see whats going on and they said they could not call me back because of all the rain, I asked to speak to a sales manager and they said he was busy trying to sell new customers, I just they don't care about taking care of current customers.
