المقادير:
250 غرام تمر المجهول
120 مل عصير البرتقال
1 ملعقة كبيرة عسل
1 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة مطحونة
رشة قرنفل مطحون
1 ملعقة صغيرة ماء زهر البرتقال
الخطوات:
1- أزل نواة التمر ثم قطعه إلى مكعبات صغيرة
2- في قدر، على نار متوسطة، أضف التمر، وعصير البرتقال، والقرفة، والقرنفل، والعسل
3 - اترك الخليط ليغلي. خفض الحرارة إلى متوسطة واطهو الخليط مع هرس التمر بملعقة خشبية حتى يمتص التمر السائل وتحصل على مزيج ناعم
4- بمجرد طهي الخليط، أزله من النار. أضف ماء زهر البرتقال واخلط
5- ضع مربى التمر في وعاء زجاجي جانبا ليبرد
6- احتفظ بمربى التمر في الثلاجة لمدة شهر على الأكثر
