The mind is a beautiful servant and a dangerous master.

Of course you know this, because like me, you will have experienced suffering due to your thoughts, even your present reality is actually ok.

Preventing myself getting swept down those negative downward spirals is one of the best things I’ve learnt for my mental health & wellbeing. And I have no doubt it will be influential for you too!

Just remember it’s a journey and constant practice, but a very worthwhile one!
