It's not the devs, how would they test this? It takes like 2-3 days to get 10k. And why would they test this when 99% of people don't care. Plus tons of trophies/achievements are broken day 1.
1 person who has it is someone who makes guides. It took him just over 1 week and 2 days to get the platinum. It can be boosted with 2 consoles, but is probably harder post launch.
