💯 this! I was telling myself these same things yesterday when I noticed I was struggling to make decisions. I ended up needing fresh air, protein, and to move my body for a while and everything just clicked into place from there

I call it low intensity movements, seriously calling it something else other than exercise tricks my brain and I don’t get anxiety over it. Thank you for sharing. I’m not alone and it feels good.

Great advice. Thank you. I have done overtraining, its grim. If you need a new goal on a short run introduce 3 or 4 short sprints (15 seconds) in your 20 munute run instead of running for longer.
