Ingredients:
Soysauce, Diet Coke, Chicken thighs, Monk fruit (Optional), Pepper(optional), Minced Garlic
Highly recommend putting monk fruit or other sugar replacement that caramelizes. Texture is different if you don’t put them. It still tastes good :D
1. Dice chicken thighs
2. Cook them in a pan. When they are 50% cooked, add soysauce, coke, pepper, minced garlic and monk fruit. For chicken breast, put all the ingredients together in the beginning as cooking can make the meat tough.
3. Simmer until all the water is gone.
4. Serve over rice or with your preferred sides. Enjoy!
