Do you feel like we can trust the midterm elections coming up with absolute certainty, that we can trust the results as they come in? Yes, Okay, You say that pretty affirmatively. I've got to say I'm not sure, but I hate to. I'm not a conspiratorial guy, I just feel like there's too many. Is there any way in your mind that we can make it rock solid so that people like me are not skeptic anymore? What do you think is the solution there to break down my walls and the doubters? i think one of the things you could do is meet your local election officials and talk about elections with them and get to know them as a person, because when you see the the quality of the people that are in the- i hate to call it a business but are in the elections business- i think you'd be very impressed. the other thing you should know is the election director of minnesota. secretary simon and myself got regular briefings from the Homeland Security and the FBI. They're monitoring things going on in the country, And I don't know if that gets publicized enough either- that I had to get security clearance so I could attend classified briefings on elections. And that goes on with all 50 state's election directors. And so there are a lot of things going on behind the scenes that make sure that when I say yes, I will. I believe the results of the midterm elections will be fair and accurate. I'm not just saying that to be saying it. I'm saying it from my experience as being an election administrator.
