I use to wrap a minimum of 20000 bales a year via stand a lone wrappers and fusions and in thundery hot weather there was one wrap that would drive us all around the bend as it would just get so soft it would just peel away from the cut n hold as the wrapper took off initially. Absolute rubbish at times but was the leading wrap for years and same as what’s giving you problems now😢. Really feel you pain 🤢.
Used a product called TopWrap this year and the names very appropriate as really top quality wrap

No tack on rollers?knife sharp?dispenser not twisted slightly?

Silotite is the worst I’ve wrapped nearly 8000 haylage bales this year and I’m having continuous problems with it I’ve got the batch that break 3/4 the way through the toll with little pin pricks all the way through it got the big boss of silotite comming to see us apparently as I’ve got 12 pallets of the crap

Have had no problem with silotite, John deere wrap on the other hand is an absolute load of shite

Tip for any poor wrap pop it into a chest freezer for a few hours

I have to disagree with you we used other stuff which just rips or doesn't grip in the holder silotite is the only one that wraps properly😂on our McHal

I’ve got similar problems with my Amazon cheap packaging tape 🫣 I think you’d be better off with 3 ply bog roll

Used Tenospin for as long as I can remember now, always been good but always make sure i keep it out the sun until installing it 👍
