So my fun one with this was to sudo apt-get install colossal-cave-adventure, then when I ran it modify the game to incorporate DND 5e elements and random battles. I think it deviated quite quickly from the original, but did stay in character with 80s text adventures throughout.

This is so impressive I don't know if I'm exhilarated or terrified. Choosing nano instead of stream redirect was inspired so we saw that chatGPT just took the braced ctrl-X,enter in stride. I'm struggling to accept that generative language model is capable of this since this is what I have imagined true AI being like.

Still just generative text it didn't actually do anything in the background that alludes to an OS. It just returned strings from training data based off of the parameters given, it's a great example as to why AI seems powerful and intelligent, but there was little intelligence going on, the use case and prompt is far more intelligent than computation here.

Imagine in future you are trying to hack into an AI's core system and then you find out the whole system you were trying to break was fabricated by AI to fool you into you thinking you were hacking it, but instead you were just wasting your time
