I always switch up my workout. I will ensure that 3 times cardio in a week. After done my cardio, i will add skipping for 5 minutes if i have time. Now i want to be consistent for 5000 steps per day which its really hard for me. I wish you have more videos for 5000 steps or something similar ❤️
