Food for thought though: the EAT's or Commando's lack of permanance as a support weapon allow you to take a second support weapon, like a stalwart, MG or flamethrower, etc., and you can just hotswap for things like bile titans.
Especially against these new gloom variants, the ballistic shield backpack is really good, but none of the one handed SMGs have armor piercing, so having an MG or AMR is really strong, but not useful against chargers and bile titan, so again, having the EATs and Commandos be expendable is actually a pro.
Or you can go for unlimited ammo or whatever. Every Helldiver has their choice for a play style!

The Quesar charge up can make it a bit funky to aim perfectly for those who arenβt used to it, so technically the Commando is likely the most precise and long distance AT weapon.

Quasar cannons actually do have an arc, check the aiming 1st person mode the front circle is for 100m second one is for 200m

Recoilless arc only becomes a limiting factor past 300 meters, and I rarely find myself enganging anything that far away

Commando has a higher skill floor, as its lower damage means you have to hit weak spots, such as the eye on hulks, heat sinks on tanks, or leg joint on harvesters to get optimal value out of it, otherwise you might as well take the eats. It has little benefit on bugs over eats.

Maybe it's just me but i prefer Commando.
HD10 if i am being pushed by multiple large enemies Commando can dispatch more than one very quickly. Pre dropping Commandos is also very helpful.

I feel like the quazar cannon, while having unlimited ammunition, needs to have at least 2 shots before the recharge.
Mainly because when you are being chased by a mega fuckton of enemies and you have a bile titan or a harvester or the giant robot thing from the automotons, it becomes pretty difficult to be able to hit the weak spot on certain enemies, therefore if you dont hit your shot just right, you're fucked

The arc thrower doesn't have an arc. My cousin Archy has an arc in his back though.
