It looks delicious!
One tip though: Since you go through the effort to use Himalayan Pink Salt, invest in a pepper mill, instead of using the bulk ore-ground cheap stuff. It tastes WAY better, and you can mix/match peppercorns to find a blend you like, rather than adding so much of the tasteless preground stuff. You can still use the same amount if you want, but freshly ground is FAR superior when it comes to flavor!
